Work with me

I’m excited to share that I’m now advising and coaching startups full time. I love helping people — it brings me joy when the people I support realize their goals. I want to spend my days feeling joyful and I want that for you, too.

The early growth stage — when businesses move from probable product/market fit to hyperscale — is my sweet spot. As an advisor, I can help get you and your team unstuck, place high quality growth and product bets, hire the right leaders at the right time, and fundraise from institutional venture capital funds.

I was early at Slack where I was the first Head of Growth during our hyper-scaling period. After Slack, I became an investor at Lightspeed Ventures where I met 20 or more startups a week and competed against Tier 1 funds like A16Z and Sequoia to lead deals.

I can help you understand how to apply “best of” frameworks and metrics to your specific business, discover and drive your growth levers, translate business needs into product decisions, develop a roadmap that aligns business strategy with clear, measurable outcomes, and hire and coach a great team.

Here are three different ways we can work together:

  • Advising: Multi-quarter engagement with a startup to achieve lasting long-term impact.
  • Workshops: Deep dive sessions that focus on a single outcome like raising venture funding or hosting a successful executive offsite.
  • Coaching: Multi-month personal engagement for founders and leaders ready to level up.

When to bring me on

I’d love to apply my breadth of experience to help you understand and execute on the things that matter most. The highest ROI time for us to work together is when you have one or more big milestones on the horizon — positive or negative — like hiring your first Head of Product, facing a founder breakup, raising your Series A, or taking a new growth team from 0–1 are all great areas of focus.

See you out there.
